The confirmed date and time of our AGM will be shared at least 14 days ahead of the meeting, as per our articles. It will again be a hybrid in-person and online meeting to enable as many members as possible to attend.
In advance of the AGM we are now seeking any proposed amendments to our articles. You can view our full articles by searching on Companies House website or by clicking on the following link:

Call for Board Candidates
We previously also communicated that there will be at least two vacancies on the Morton Club Together board that need to be filled at the upcoming AGM. We have had a few initial conversations with interested individuals, but we now require official notes of interest. Can all interested candidates please email their note of interest in becoming a director by 5pm on Sunday 13th August.
As per our articles, candidates will be required to be nominated by 12 members. Once candidates have noted their interest, members may then start to email in their nominations. Candidates will then be required to produce a short bio, which, if a vote is required, will be shared with members to inform their vote.
MCT is an inclusive organisation, committed to breaking down barriers. We would like to encourage notes of interest and applications from members of all backgrounds, regardless of age, gender, gender identity, ethnicity, religion, beliefs, disability or social background.
Finally, community ownership can only continue to be successful if we have fans and members who are willing to come forward and continue to drive positive change. There is a clear pathway now from the stands to the football club board, and we want you to be the one to step forward onto it.
