As members have been advised previously there are four Director posts that will be subject to a member ballot prior to the upcoming Morton Club Together AGM. In advance of the ballot, we would like to share with members the bios of the five members who are seeking to be elected as Directors. The ballot will be opened on Tuesday 30th August 2022 and will close on Friday 2nd September at 6pm. The results of the ballot will be shared with members at the AGM, which is anticipated to be held the following week. More details on the AGM will be issued very soon. The ballot will be by an online polling system and all members will be issued with an individual link by email along with instruction on how to cast your vote(s) prior to the ballot opening.
We'd like to thank the five candidates for putting themselves forward. It is positive to see the response from them all and highlights the interest from members who wish to help move Morton forward.
A further reminder that in advance of the AGM we are seeking any proposed amendments to our articles. At the time of this email being sent, we haven't received any proposed article amendments from members.
