MCT Director Vote - AGM

Dear Members,

Thanks to all those that've signed up for our AGM on Monday 13th September so far. It'll be great to see many of you in person at Cappielow, and it's great we've got so many joining on Zoom too. 

As another reminder, to confirm your attendance we need you to sign up via Eventbrite. You can do that by clicking here and following the instructions. 
 
At the AGM, we'll be going through the election process for new MCT directors. 

We have three prospective candidates, and three director vacancies. The MCT articles, however, dictate that a vote must take place. The rules are as follows:

• Each MCT member can vote, yes, no or decline to answer for each candidate
• Only yes and no votes will be counted for each candidate
• Candidates who secure more than 50.1% votes yes will be elected as a Director of MCT

The outcome of the election will be announced on the evening of the MCT AGM on 13th September 2021. This poll will remain open until 5pm on Thursday 9th September 2021.
